These posters highlight ongoing clinical studies of Itareparib (NMS-03305293), our non-trapping, PARP1-selective inhibitor and the only third-generation inhibitor currently in clinical development. With strong brain and tumor penetration, Itareparib is being investigated in combination with established DNA-damaging therapies to address areas of high unmet medical need.
